This clinic is hands down the BEST medical clinic I've ever been to! It's already hard enough to find a walk-in clinic in Richmond that also accepts new patients, and this clinic was one of the few clinics that did all the above. I called beforehand and inquired about being a new walk-in patient, and the receptionist over the phone was very friendly, helpful and informative and told me that they do accept walk-ins. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, it was by far the best front-desk customer service I've ever received at a medical clinic. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, about 20 minutes. I met with Dr. Cheah and he was very professional and nice to me. He didn't rush his visit with me at all and helped with my medical issue. This clinic went way above and beyond that they even called me later that same day to ask if I wanted to book a follow-up appointment with Dr. Cheah to discuss my x-ray results.. just absolutely amazing service! Overall, a VERY excellent and positive experience at this medical clinic for my first time here!! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews about the front desk workers here. I highly recommend this clinic for anybody seeking fast and friendly, professional service at a walk-in clinic. I will most definitely be coming back here when needing medical care.

Highly recommend this clinic, after calling multiple walk in clinics for allergy shots getting turned down , after calling this clinic , they surprisingly accepted me for allergy shots. Dr.Cheah is amazing as well , he makes the shots a lot more bearable as I really do not like needles. Jenny at front desk is super , she’s so accommodating, even after myself forgetting my appointment, she’s fits me right away for the next available spot. Highly recommend Elicare.

I haven’t had a family doctor and this clinic helped me a lot during a rough time. Dr Tan and Dr Chia are really caring and helpful. Jenny the nurse listened to me patiently. All staff members on the phone are willing to help and efficient. Grateful to find this clinic.

I've had an amazing experience with TLC Medical. Dr. Hasan has been extremely helpful with my medical concerns and is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I always feel heard in our appointments and he is always on time we well. The clinic staff are so pleasant and friendly. The staff have provided me with required documents in a timely manner and are very responsive over the phone. They always try their best to schedule an appointment time that works for my needs. Would highly recommend this clinic and I wish I found them sooner.

I really like this clinic. My family doctor Dr. Sina is very professional, he is extremely helpful and kind. He understands all my need and medicial concerns and can immediately give me advice and provide the corresponding treatment. The clinic staff is very friendly and responsive on all my need. Feel so lucky I can find this clinic and am highly recommend this clinic to everyone in need.

Dr. Hasan is very professional. He also has a good time management skill. He always see patients on time. He listens to patients' concerns and answers all of questions. Receptionists Aurora and Sylvia are very helpful and friendly. They always answer my phone call and help me right away.

I am a patient of Dr. Abbas and she is the best family physician I have ever had. Some of my health conditions are quite complicated, but she always knows how to find the best solution. Her medical knowledge and her people-skills are beyond excellent. The clinic staff are very polite, friendly and efficient, and the clinic itself is clean and comfortable. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Abbas and the Richmond In-Store Medical Clinic.
