Shannon was exceptional. We had a family member have to leave their charger behind when they were evacuated because of a wildfire in BC. She was compassionate, kind, and found us a charger so that our family member could continue to hear when everything else felt uncertain and scary. We are so grateful for her kindness and resourcefulness.
What an amazing team! Shannon and Emily in particular were so helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions, made me feel so important, and were beyond knowledgeable.
