Connect Hearing

I scheduled a hearing test and review with Christa Galick at Connect Hearing. As with all distressing medical conditions, I obtained a second verification from Costco Hearing Centre. The results from Costco were alarmingly different compared to Connect Hearing. Consultation with my family physician concerning the inconsistency, resulted in a referral and further test by a professional Endoscopic Sinus and Otolaryngology specialist. The conclusion was that the Connect Hearing test was absolutely accurate, whereas Costco’s test was inexplicable. I have had my Phonak L90 hearing aids from Connect Hearing for several months and am completely satisfied. I am astonished with the clarity in sound and the many diverse features they provide. The service from Christa Galick at Connect Hearing has been impeccable, with numerous follow-up visits and telephone calls. My initial contact with Connect Hearing was based on extensive research as well as consultation with individuals and professionals, which confirmed that the service level, quality, technology, performance and value were all beyond reproach. A great business for those with hearing issues. Lots of free parking and the people are so friendly and helpful. I came in tonight asking if they sold hearing aid batteries, 25min before closing. I am not a customer/client of this business before today. Their customer service was amazing! So sweet, kind and helpful! I will definitely be using them to purchase our batteries going forward! Thank you!
