Eastside Collision has a very excellent customer service, and super-efficient communication with customers. Many thanks to Dixie, she kept me informed of what's going on with my vehicle, and all detailed information was relayed to me. Making it a worry-free experience. She also guided me through all the paperworks. I picked up my vehicle, and it's surprisingly fresh and clean inside and out. I will surely recommend Eastside Collision to my friends and family.

Had the best experience here. Called before about an accident with my car and needed an estimate. Their text service had quick responses and I was able to go in the same day. Their estimate guy was also really nice and buffed out the scratches on my car for an amazing discount! Nice people all around

Customer service was excellent — from inquiry, drop off and pick up! They communicated well, provided regular updates which you don’t really get from other auto-body shops out there. They deserve the high ratings. Highly recommend going here for your repair needs!

River City Collision Centre provided five-star service! The team fosters a positive and professional work environment, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. They handled all the MPI paperwork and even arranged a rental vehicle for me, which made everything so smooth and stress free. The quality of work on my vehicle was top notch. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and attention to detail!

River city Ford did an awesome job on detailing my vehicle. It was very clean and smelled so fresh. The outside was shiny sparkling clean very impressed! My vehicle was finished in a timely fashion, and the customer service was amazing. She was very polite. Very kind. I will definitely be going back to River city Ford and will recommend all my friends to take their vehicles there as well.

River city collision did very work on my truck. The employees were very courteous and polite. They provided information that was needed to do the repairs properly. I am very satisfied with the repairs.
