We had an amazing experience while we were buying our brand-new Corolla SE. My wife and I received above-and-beyond service and support from Nick Chun. Nick promptly answered and clarified all the questions we had. Crown Toyota was the second dealer we visited and we were so well attended that we didn't feel we needed to look for another dealer and completed the purchase of our car there. In addition, Jamie Kais (financial manager) and Mars (sales assistant) also made all possible efforts to ensure that everything was well aligned regarding the purchase. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the service provided. We would not hesitate in recommending our family, friends, or anyone interested in buying a new car to shop with Crown and Nick.

I had a wonderful experience with the Toyota when I was searching for a new lease. I have never owned a Toyota before but I am very excited to be apart of the family. Patrick was the one who I dealt with initially and he was amazing with communication while I was waiting for the car to come in. Harley was my finance guy and he was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and just a really nice guy. Cyril was the one to help me out today when I returned back from autopac. She ran me through all the things and it was just a great experience all in all. And I got my car I. Within 4 months which was exceptional as I know the wait times are quite long currently. Purchased a 2015 Accord Coupe through Dee Munasinha. He was very professional and made the trade in process of my old vehicle quick and easy. He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated throughout the whole process and even fixed a couple issues I had prior to taking delivery of my new car. I'd definitely recommend going to Dee for a no pressure experience. The manager was also willing to negotiate until I got the deal that I wanted. The financing manager was also nice and professional. My new (used) car came detailed inside and out and with a full tank of gas which was nice to see. All around, this is how every dealership experience should be and this was definitely the best one I've had. I would recommend Crown Honda to anyone and also would go back to do business in the future.

The staff and service is exceptional here at Crown Honda McPhillips. I am really satisfied with my new 2022 Honda Accord purchase and also the whole car buying process. Sales Advisor - Charanjeet was really helpful and knowledgeable with everything he was explaining. Went into the smallest details while discussing the features of the car. The Finance Manager - Glenn was also amazing and helpful. Really recommend Crown Honda McPhillips for any new and used car purchase.

I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic through Shayla, dealing with her was wonderful. Shayla is very friendly and knowledgeable, and She made me feel very at ease during my test drive. Working on the paperwork side with Glen was great, He explained everything and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything that I didn’t want. This purchase was a very positive experience.

A service team member named Derek assisted me. I was there for my seasonal tire, swap out and oil/lube/filter. The experience was excellent. Staff were pleasant, polite & accommodating (I requested that my spare tire also be lowered and the mechanism & storage surface be lubricated), and most importantly, the service was done on time which is most appreciated. I will be back for sure.

Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30am and we dropped off the vehicle at 8:15am. We experienced a quick check in and friendly service! We couldn’t even finish a coffee at Tim’s because our vehicle was inspected and completed by 8:40am. Amazing service, great work done and walk through afterwards! We are happy to have our truck serviced here.

Excellent service. I had a great day yesterday, and I am so excited about owning a new Ford bronco. Thank you to everyone who helped me at the dealership your service was wonderful.
