I own 2 sewing machines. The first is a Kenmore that I bought before we were married. It’s about 42 years old. The other is a Janome that I bought several years ago when I was looking for something with a few more features. I like both machines. Each has some quality or feature that I like best. Several months ago, my Janome seized. Nothing I could do would coax it into working order. So I took it to KTR Sewing Centre in Winnipeg. They got it back to like new condition for a very reasonable price. I was thrilled. And so I thought it would be smart to bring in the old beast too. The Kenmore was still working, but it was noisy: I often said that it sounded like an old tractor. Well, KTR worked their magic again. That old workhorse is purring like a kitten. If you need any sewing machine repairs, I highly recommend KTR Sewing Centre.

SO Happy! Have been waiting sooo long to purchase a Baby Lock Sewing / Quilting machine... and today was the day!!!!!!!! Thank you so very much to Kelly.. for her kindness and patience today as she helped me pick the perfect machine!!!!! This is a lovely quilt shop, with exceptional staff. If you need anything for your sewing needs, this is the place to go! I must go now.. have some quilting to do.

I Love my Bernina sewing machine.I bought a Bernina because my quilting stitches were so irregular and the Bernina has a regulator on its quilting foot. Sew Inspiring has serviced my machine regularly since I bought it there in 2015. My machine now has sewn 14 million stitches, and still sews and quilts beautifully.

Classes are wonderful, machines are fabulous. When you are getting a machine you look for quality and service. They have both. Learning free motion has been a step out of my comfort, which has been great. I love the new items they bring in.

Great selection and after purchase service. Would recommend them for all your service requirements. Excellent advice on all types of sewing!

I was able to call ahead and they confirmed the machine I was looking at buying was in stock. They have several machines on the floor. The one I was looking at wasn't but they printed a brochure so I could review and compare machines. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on machine features that I didn't need. They were very friendly.

Quick and swift service and cleaning. We came in just wanting a cleaning and check out on my machine, and they cleaned it immediately, checked whether it sounded good and sewed well, and sent me out without any cost. They even gave me a few tips on keeping it lint free and working well. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service.

If anyone is looking for any machine THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I got a machine there and Heather went above and beyond to help me, I can not say how great it was to have got my machine there.. the rest of staff was also very helpful and nice.
