Fantastic experience at Nott purchasing my Tesla model 3. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Everyone was very polite and eager to help. Our salesman Graeme was very professional and made this entire experience worthwhile. He listened to my requests and went above and beyond in ensuring I was comfortable with my purchase. The entire team was very accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend Nott Auto, they are doing customer service right!.

I went to Nott to look at a bmw m4 that was immaculate. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Graeme, whom I was already in contact with over the phone to arrange a test drive. Needless to say I ended up purchasing the bmw but the whole transaction was smooth. I felt included in the process the whole time. The staff at Nott are very friendly, I did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!.

Great Customer service! Very friendly staff. Helped me find the vehicle that was right for me. This was my first ever big purchase and they helped me through the whole process and made it easy. The day after I brought my new Ford Escape home I had a minor issue with it and they got it in right away and fix the issue! I would definitely recommend.
