Their staff is knowledgeable and honest. I dropped a bike off for an annual tune-up and they called back saying my bike didn't really need that level of service as everything was in pretty decent shape. So they said the cheaper tune-up was all that would be required. Its not often you get a call saying that your requested service is going to be cheaper than expected! We also purchased a bike there last year and had excellent service in helping pick out the right bike and swap the handle bars to something that worked better for our needs. 10/10 would highly recommend them for your next bike purchase.

Great service, friendly & helpful staff who are very knowledgeable. Super pleasant experience shopping there, and have been back four more times since I made my original purchase, to pick up more; items I had forgotten, or not thought of. Every time I went to the shop, I dealt with someone new, because those I had already met were busy with other customers, and I was treated the same by every person I dealt with. They have earned a customer for life.

Customer service was courteous and check in of my bike was fast. My complimentary tune-up was a one-day quick turn-a-round and the bike came back in much better shape than when it went in. I received an itemized list of what was checked which I appreciated. Much reduction of noise when going over bumps on the streets. Good job! Thank you.

I called the day before I came to the shop to ask what was in stock to size my son. The staff member offered to have 3 different bikes I was looking at put together for us so that he could try them out. Next day showed up and the staff there were equally as helpful, offering advice and got him set up for a test drive. We bought a quality bike, on sale so a great price too. I’m really impressed with how you guys do business. Respectful and helpful employees - a refreshing change from other retailers!

Dave is a fantastic bike mechanic and customer service specialist. I got my bike failed and a few parts needed to be replaced. Dave made sure all the parts in stock and fixed the bike fast.
