Im from Quebec visiting some relatives. My 2020 Ford Ranger air conditioning stopped for whatever reasons... they fixed my truxk and put oil. Very, no extremely good service, wish I would of bought my truck there instead in Quebec.. next time! Thanks to the driver who came and got me, nice guy and Shannon for taking good care of my truck.
First time service customer at Cambrian and despite not purchasing the vehicle there they treated me like a VIP! Despite a very busy week Brenda Lee was very empathic with my urgent service requirements and escalated my appointment. The service advisor Steve Ethier treated me very well at drop off and pick up and my vehicle was even ready hours earlier than expected. Even the shuttle driver was very nice. They have won a new customer for life!
Great service. Will recommend anyone with a ford to take it here they were so good and saved me a bunch of money in the process.
