Professional, great service and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Also great products, I have almost all my rooms covered with End of the Roll flooring and only wish I went there for my kitchen and bathroom! Highly recommend! Update: I did go back and now they have completed my entire upstairs! Steve Richard will make your home amazing! Mike was our installer who was also so fantastic! 5/5 They make you feel like part of a family.

This is second time purchasing new flooring for our whole house at End of the Roll. Second time dealing with Homer as the sales rep. Homer is always curteous and very knowledgable on their products. We have not installed the floor yet but if it is as good or better than the last product, I will be happy.

Sean and End of the Roll in Sudbury did an amazing job with the flooring and tiling in our new home. I could not be happier. Lots of help selecting the products and always available to answer questions. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Incredible Service! After running short on a new build flooring project we found the tile had been discontinued. As we had sourced them more than 18 months in advance due to Covid, we combed the country for any left over tiles that might be found with no success and no alternative solution from many advisors. I was hesitant to reach out to Surface Design as I hadn't sourced the original tiles from them but we were desperate! Upon sharing my desperation with Michael, he sprung into immediate action and found the manufacturer in Italy had a few tiles. He went way above and beyond to have the tiles shipped and within a few months we had the tiles to finish the job. Michael is truly an excellent sales professional and going forward Michael and Surface Design will be our only source for flooring and tiles. Can't express enough how grateful we are.

Always ready to assist with a variety of designs all their staff are friendly, very helpful and always professional. I particularly enjoy dealing with Jen, she has and is going out of her way to locate the exact pieces I have been looking for and although she is super busy, she makes herself available to listen and goes out of her way to find the right product. Thank you Jen I love your friendly personality, your eye for the latest looks and attention to detail.

We are thrilled with the job Nickel City Flooring did with tile installation in the bathrooms of our new build home! John and Darryl are both very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Wow! We were not expecting this kind of quality and service. Joel went out of his way to hand deliver some product that we required immediately for a project. Going above and beyond the call of duty is what will make me a lifelong customer. 5 stars all around.

I highly recommend this store. They accommodated our time frame, installers did an excellent job and most of all Ethan was accessible at all times for questions or concerns and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic deal on tiles. Joel really helped us out and made our bathroom dream come true.
