Andrew and his team were easy to talk with and contact right from the get go. They were straightforward with their quote, transparent with changes to the quote, accommodating to all the on the go changes that we made, and very knowledgeable in their fields. As a person who appreciates fine details myself, Andrew always made us feel like he was working on his own home. We felt comfortable and confident having him work on our house, even when we had to be away. Even once the work was completed on our home, I had a few lingering questions that Andrew answered without delay or hesitation, a sign of someone who truly cares. I would honestly hire Q&L again for future projects and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others looking for quality home renovations in Sudbury.

Working with Q&L Homes was such a fantastic experience. From day one, communication was clear and they were always ready to answer my questions and teach me more about my home in the process. They helped me accomplish my renovation as repair goals while staying within my budget. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! The guys came every day, on time, and worked right through until the job was complete. Regular consultations occurred during the process and everyone was always very professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely hire them again.

I am very happy I contacted Mat at Q&L Homes. I had a major dilapidated Townehouse renovation to outtake and was quite overwhelmed. Luckily I found Q&L Homes and they came through with flying colors. The quality of their workmanship is next to none and the pricing was very good as well. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I had been looking for the perfect lot. After 5-6 years finally found our dream lot. Next BELMAR builders built us one of the greatest houses ever. Jess, Tim, Joe, and Grayem, a few of the greatest people ever. From the start they have been exceptional to deal with. INCREDIBLE. Would recommend Belmar to build over anyone. Completely and utterly satisfied. Unreal works guys.

Everyone we have dealt with, Belmar employees and their contractors, has gone above and beyond to ensure our home meets the highest standards. We contracted the new home build during Covid19 so there were many challenges encountered and overcome by Belmar. The end result is our amazing new home with high quality finishes that we are very pleased with. We are seniors moving back to Sudbury to be close to family and friends in the city we love and grew up in. Over the last 45 years we have bought new homes from 2 other developers and find Belmar quality and customer satisfaction to be exceptional by comparison. Keep up the great work Belmar.
