Great overall experience with Cameron and the crew at BMW Aurora. They created an inviting and interested environment to get a deal done, that both parties feel very happy in the end. Some dealerships take your business for granted these days, and for me, I won't engage or give them my time or money. This was not the case with Cameron and it was good to have some negotiation and compromise in the process.

First time at this dealership and I could not ask for a better experience. Receptionist was friendly and sales rep Thomas An was personable, thorough and offered great advice. What stood out was that I felt he and his team genuinely worked hard to meet my needs for a car within a short period of time. Thank you again for a smooth sales process!

Bought a used BMW from BMW Aurora last week. Beautiful, modern dealership with very professional sales (Michael) and management team (Blake). Dealership was about an hour and a half from home but it was worth the drive to work with their team on my purchase.
