We were evacuated from Hay River due to wildfire, had issues with our 2022 F150 in transit. Arrived in Grande Prairie, contacted Hansen's, they took the truck in, diagnosed, had parts ordered and had warranty work taken care of next morning. The service personnel were thorough and amazing! Jimmy's Diner in the Dealership providing complimentary breakfast, as we waited for our vehicle repair, is a real game changer in customer service, and was very much appreciated!
