What a great experience!! I knew what I wanted going in and Sheldon made it happen! I was expecting a bit of a wait before getting my vehicle which would have been a bummer but completely understandable. From walking in the door and speaking with Sheldon, I had had my new 2024 CR-V hybrid in my hands and on the road within 24hrs. He was great. He was able to accommodate me with how I wanted my sales experience to go. I will post later with how the service department does, but I am confident it will be fine. Customer service is top notch and they take great pride in making sure your needs are meet. I purchased my first ever brand new Honda CR-V Sport and I can't tell you how happy I am! Sheldon Martin was a pleasure to deal with. He even went through the setup of my vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. I'm a Honda owner for life.
