Got towed into Al‘s Garage after my clutch wasn’t working anymore. I’m driving an European Fiat Ducato Van which is not common here at all but they looked everything up in order to help me. The whole team was incredible nice and helpful and they definitely walked the extra mile in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Very fair pricing as well and highly recommended!
Was passing through Sault St Marie on a cross Canada trip to Ottawa when my brakes completely failed. I called Al on a Saturday morning to explain my situation. He not only made the time to see my car and fix it that day but he also went the extra mile of driving me to and from my emergency stay at my hotel. I would recommend him to anyone for an honest job well done with the great extra of considering his client as well. My kids and I thank you Al.
Al was great! Unexpectedly breaking down on a cross country trip was made not as bad by having someone who truly cared. His shop completed diagnostics, ordered parts and fixed the problem as fast as possible and even over the weekend. Could not thank you enough.
