Carl and Tim did a great job on cleaning a very dirty, heavily stained bedroom carpet in a student rental house. They were on time, professional and explained what could/couldnt be done so I could manage expectations. Some of the stains could not be fully removed as explained, but overall very pleased with the work. Would definitely used them again.

Carl is very professional and knowledgable about what we needed to remove pet urine, as well as treat our carpet to make it feel awesome again. He gave us an accurate quote, did a very thorough job and we are so pleased with the results! Will recommend Chem-Dry to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning experience.

Carl did an amazing job on our carpets! He explained everything to us right at the beginning and did show us the extremely dirty water from their machine at the end. We are very happy with the result…thanks again Chem-Dry.

Flying Dutchman was recommended to me and they surpassed my expectations! We had 3 area rugs cleaned and the work was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Scott took the time to explain options for one rug that required repair. Terri did the cleaning and called to confirm my decision before going ahead with the repair. Alyssa was very helpful when I came to pick up the rugs.

I have used them now for over 20 years and they have yet to disappoint. their pricing is fair and they always get the best results possible. Wayne who does their carpet work is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

This was the second time I’ve used Flying Dutchman for cleaning my carpets. They are always on time, professional, and expedient. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.
