POLLOCK POOLS & SPAS REVIEWS

Evan and his co-worker opened our pool yesterday and they not only did an amazing job, they were extremely helpful fixing our skimmer flap. Then, they power washed and cleaned everything up and we are very pleased with their professionalism. We've been using Pollock to open and close our pool for 16 years and they always do a great job.

Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I recently presented to them a water sample from my green coloured algae infested pool and after following their recommendation I am happy to see my pool becoming swimable again. Thank you.

Evan and Sal came to open the pool today. They do an awesome job with the tarp leaves and getting the system humming. They power washed the deck and were professional and courteous. Highly recommend this family run business.

Best pool store in Guelph. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Liquid chlorine is the way to go to keep the pool sparkling.

Mark and Crystal were both great to deal with. They were super knowledgeable and helped us pick the right colour, location, and style of fibreglass pool for our dream backyard. When we decided to go with Pristine, we were absolutely thrilled Mark and his team were able to fit us in and get everything done for us in the Fall of 2024. We're so excited for the coming summer, because we'll now get a full season out of the pool because Pristine was able to accommodate us.

Pristine did a fantastic job installing our fibreglass pool and auto cover. They were responsive, professional, and the work was excellent. It was a pleasure working with them!
