LODDER BROTHERS LIMITED REVIEWS

We called Lodder brothers Friday morning about an issue with our water heater. They could fit us in same day, gave us a two hour window that was convenient for us and arrived on time. That was just the beginning of the great experience. They quickly assessed and explained the situation, discussed options and we agreed on a fix. They had the part on their truck, and were able to get it done right away. I couldn't believe it - from call to fixed was just three hours. And at a very reasonable price too.

Very quick turn around time for a fairly minor situation. Joe was very prompt, efficient and professional. Very happy with the service and the relatively low cost. Have used their services in the past and will continue to do so in the future and to recommend them.

Lodder Bros. Sean and Carson showed up this am, within an hour of calling for service, assessed the problem and replaced the old copper drain pipe with the hole in it. Fabulous job, no more water leaks. Thanks guys.

I was very impressed with Caleb. He was both very friendly and professional. He explained the situation very clearly and facilitated a productive conversation with his supervisor who proposed a variety of solutions. I could not have been more pleased.

Conner was very professional. He understood my urgency and concerns and very kindly went above and beyond what I expected. I was not suprised by the bill; as all cost (or added cost) due to complexity and access of the leakage, was discussed and approved beforehand. Thank you so much.

Had a Moen single handle shower that was leaking and needed the cartridge changed. I attempted the repair but the shaft of the cartridge broke off and as a result I called Hy-Pro. Janice and Taylor the customer service people were very pleasant and actioned my request to have a service tech come between 3 and 6 pm that day. They called at 3 pm to advise that The tech would be at my place within the hour and he was. The tech, Masharo was professional made notes of the concerns on a tablet. Provided a quote immediately and when I agreed he started the job. Within the hour the shower was repaired, tested and the shower leaks no more ! Masharo was pleasant to deal with, gave me confidence in his abilities, completed the repair and provided me with the invoice and payment receipt via email. Excellent service.
