When you are numb with grief; when you are overwhelmed with the arrangements to make and the tasks to take on....you need the kind of love and support this company offers up without hesitation. They truly know how to make a tremendously difficult and emotional situation easier. Jeff's personal attention from the first phone call, through his in-home visit, to his delivery of mum's urn, was gentle, kind and full of grace. Do not make the mistake of overlooking this simplified and dignified alternative to the Funeral Home route. We feel lucky to have been looked after by this wonderful Company. Jeff and the staff at Passages were so kind and compassionate when I had to plan my father’s funeral. He wanted as a green a burial as he could get and with Jeff’s help I was able to plan a graveside service that allowed us all to say farewell. The relief I felt with the help and checklist provided by Passages can’t be overstated. I will always be thankful that a google search led me to Jeff and his staff because they helped me and my family navigate a very difficult situation. We had such a great experience at Wall-Custance. Caitlin took care of everything. She even solved some last minute technical issues, and did an amazing job with the music for the even. So happy we went here, all our guests commented on what a lovely ceremony it was, and lots of great space. Thank you too everyone at Wall-Custance for making a tough time a little easier.
