I called three different hemming/alteration businesses to see if they could hem my pants on the same day and have them done in about 5 hours. The only place that was able to was ‘Guelph Cleaners & Alterations’. I am more than happy to give them my business and will be going back. Not only was the service quick, but they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service was outstanding and pricing was more than fair!

I came into Guelph Cleaners & Alterations with a rush order and they executed perfectly. My Shirt was perfectly altered to exactly what I wanted with excellent customer service. I’ve found my place to alter all my clothing. Thank you Guelph Cleaners & Alterations.

I had a bright food stain on my favourite jeans. I got it dry-cleaned here, and they did such a great job of getting the stain out. They also gave them back to me nicely ironed. Will definitely use their services again.

I bring my most expensive, high end suits to get cleaned on a consistent basis and I am always greeted with respect and with the utmost professionalism. When I need a reliable dry cleaner the KC team goes over and above to ensure I am taken care of and I can always rely on my suits looking fresh. I would highly recommend KC to anyone in the Guelph or surrounding area.

I've always had a pleasant experience. The dry cleaning service is well done. All items have come back looking good. The laundromat is well maintained and always clean.

Great staff quality work and incredibly fast. I took a dress shirt in after a great party it was ready the next day and the shirt was like new again Thanks.

K Cleaners is incredible and I highly recommend them to anyone in Guelph or the surrounding area! I had an emergency situation where another local dry cleaner couldn't get a stain out of my maid of honour dress, and refused to fix it. My boyfriend called K Cleaners and they took this emergency job and had the dress ready, cleaned with stains removed in less than 24 hours so I could have the dress ready for my sister's wedding that same day. I was so grateful and I will always use them over any other dry cleaners in the city!

I noticed a couple of my hats were starting to look old and dusty. Tried my best to clean them myself but didn't know how to do it without ruining the hat so I took it down here. The employee working there was very kind and helpful and they made my hats look wonderful and new again! They even removed the sweat stains on the inside of the hat (which I did not even ask them to do)! I am very satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend K Cleaners!

The owner and staff is very welcoming and has always advised to do the best things for maintaining our clothes. Also, prices are great compared to the other cleaners in town.

I highly recommend this firm based on the care that was taken with an expensive black silk dress. I had stupidly washed the dress, which emerged with streaks and a stiff, unpleasant feel and drape. Although the work was not guaranteed, and the employee felt that the streaks might represent a permanent change in colour, the dress was returned to me completely free of streaks, and with the silk feeling almost as good as new.
