Zach Seabrooke called ahead to let us know that he was coming and arrived within the designated timeframe. He explained what work he was going to do and performed it quickly without issue. He provided some knowledgeable tips and was very pleasant. Oosterveld has provided great service so far and I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. We've decided to subscribe to the monthly plan and we will see how that goes. Hopefully they will come quickly when they are called in an emergency.

Responded to call for AC repair, good communication, on -time arrival and Erica promptly diagnosed the problem and explained issue and repair. Checked pressures, completed repair and operation of unit and advised on options for future replacement of the older AC without any high pressure sales nonsense. Really appreciate the service and approach, will be our first call for replacement or repair.

Thanks to Jordan Farkas from Oosterveld who came by this morning and quickly repaired our leaking condensate pump!! Great friendly service!! And I appreciate the texts with updates on when he was arriving. Thanks to the Oosterveld Team!

I am very happy with the service received by Aido Climate Solutions. They were professional when I needed help with my current issue and they provided excellent service to meet my needs. Chris was very helpful and explained everything to us. The installation was timely and the techs were courteous and cleaned up well after the installation. It was overall a smooth transition. Highly recommend this company. The office staff were fantastic too!

I was delighted to have received a call after completing my online booking to say that an Aido Technician was currently in my area and could assist with my AC issue the same day. Technician Jon Mosa was friendly, knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was with my non-functioning AC unit. Jon had the replacement part on board and I was back to a cooler home within the hour. Thanks to Jon and the Aido Climate Solutions Team.

Had a great experience using Aido Climate Solutions with their installation of a tankless water heater. Technician Jon Mosa was professional and installed the unit in a neat and tidy manner and got the house up and running with hot water in about 4 hours. Thanks you Aido.

Great experience all around. Jesse gave us all the details required to make the right decision for us. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Once we decided what we wanted the installation was easily scheduled. Installers came on time and proceeded to work. Nice bunch of fellows and made sure to show me what they had done and gave me good instructions on how to use the thermostat. Jesse came by to make sure everything was going well. The installers made sure everything was cleaned up before they left and made sure to answer any questions that still had. Overall a 5 star experience.

Had our Goodman furnace and A/C installed by B.A.P. 8 years ago - it was a great recommendation and a great install by an excellent company. Our annual inspections have been inexpensive and professional with a couple of parts replaced under warranty. They were happy to show me what was happening, and there is a lot more to the inspection than you might think - including a number of adjustments I just never knew about before. Also want to mention that it's nice to see the same folks back year after year. Highly recommended.

Very happy with our AC install by BAP. Jesse was super responsive and great about following up to make sure everything went well, also got the install complete within 24 hours of quoting! Price was super reasonable compared to other quotes as well and the team was unbothered by our older house furnace/crawlspace setup.
