Just went to get my touchpad fixed on my computer. It has been a problem for a while and I thought it would be a big issue to get it fixed. I had been recommended to go to Cyber Computer Shop by a friend who had her phone screen fixed there and had a good experience. I went and they were incredibly helpful. The owner is extremely nice and had my computer fixed for me in under ten minutes! Will definitely go again in the future!

Very friendly staff. The owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to serve us. I was very satisfied with how the passport photos turned out. I will revisit again and recommend people to go there for services they offer. Thank you.

This is a locally owned and operated business, which I’m always happy to support. Stopped by here to get my passport photos done; and it was ready in 10 mins for a very affordable and fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to get passport photos!

I have used PC Repair Depot for many years and have never been disappointed in the service or any products I bought (I.e. laptops, full PCs, printers, and tablets). The service work is trustworthy and efficient and very cost friendly. Ken and his staff have always gone above and beyond! Did I mention that he's even done onsite service calls!

Came in today for a battery replacement, I never got her name but the lady working this morning was amazingly helpful. She was able to troubleshoot my Thinkpad and get it to power on after removing the battery. She also helped walk me through receiving support from Lenovo through my warranty, which she didn't have to do. Didn't even charge me for her time. Definitely a trustworthy business. Thank you.

Sons computer needed a new motherboard and cpu. PC repairs was able to promptly figure out the problem, order the parts and assemble quickly. We had our computer back in no time. Service is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Truly offer honest advice when it comes to computers. Glad we came here.

We had an intermittent problem with my son's PC, which are really tricky to figure out. Tools and Tech fixed our problem, quickly, at a great price. Couldn't ask for better. I don't want to have any more computer problems, but you know that's not going to happen, at least this way we know we've got someone who we can trust to do a great job

Joe is a great lad who I now trust with all my devices. I have been to his shop twice and had my problem fixed within 24 hours both times. Joe is honest and will give you lots options to help you with your problem.

I had my iphone battery replaced today. Joe did it right away… 10 minutes and all done. I plan on working with Joe again soon on a new (to me) PC.
