I've been in the store a couple of times with battery issues. Both times I've received courteous and honest assistance assistance. He could have swapped out my battery or told me my phone needed to be replaced, but instead was able to get it to charge and provided advice. I definitely will be coming back and recommend this store.

This is a great place to buy a phone outright. Outstanding service from Daniel. He completed the transfer to a fabulous phone (he suggested this model) beautifully with great patience for a very impatient person. Thank you. The Samsung s23 is EVERYTHING I was hoping for.

I highly recommend going to The Phone Depot for any phone screen or Tablet repairs. These guys are great & very friendly. They fixed my daughter’s cracked phone screen for less than what I was quoted elsewhere; in addition, they gave a free screen protector as the one she brought in happened to be damaged. I know if I need any additional repairs these guys are the ones I will go too again! Thanks again!

Amazing service from these people. We’re very kind and accommodating. They repaired my phone, new parts and all for a more than reasonable cost in only a couple hours. Then rushed to service my battery in 20 minutes after conferring with me. Took responsibility for glitches with the phone that were out of their control and replaced the parts at no extra cost to me! Incredibly generous! Each person I talked to was kind and accommodating, will definitely recommend getting repairs here!

Mukit, Mo, Arif, and Safira are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and take the time needed to help with any cell phone issues you may have. My parents have also benefitted from.their expertise. I will always recommend this amazing team of patient professionals!

Brought in my cracked phone screen. They were polite and friendly and had it fixed in two hours! Price was fair for the service and my phone is as good as new!

My daughters screen cracked. We were dreading the cost of repair. We were pleasantly surprised by the lower cost and was fixed promptly. 5 days later we had some issues with new screen. We bought it back in and was once again fixed promptly and was covered under the lifetime warranty on new screen. Great service and pleasant to deal with!

This location is exceptional! Anytime that I’ve ever needed anything done with my phone, the staff here has been excellent, and so has the service. If something is not done, correct the first time, they will not hesitate to make it right. This is the only place in Kamloops that I will go for my phone needs
