KAMLOOPS PHONE DEPOT REVIEWS

I've been in the store a couple of times with battery issues. Both times I've received courteous and honest assistance assistance. He could have swapped out my battery or told me my phone needed to be replaced, but instead was able to get it to charge and provided advice. I definitely will be coming back and recommend this store.

This is a great place to buy a phone outright. Outstanding service from Daniel. He completed the transfer to a fabulous phone (he suggested this model) beautifully with great patience for a very impatient person. Thank you. The Samsung s23 is EVERYTHING I was hoping for.

I highly recommend going to The Phone Depot for any phone screen or Tablet repairs. These guys are great & very friendly. They fixed my daughter’s cracked phone screen for less than what I was quoted elsewhere; in addition, they gave a free screen protector as the one she brought in happened to be damaged. I know if I need any additional repairs these guys are the ones I will go too again! Thanks again.

DR. PHONE FIX KAMLOOPS REVIEWS

My daughters screen cracked. We were dreading the cost of repair. We were pleasantly surprised by the lower cost and was fixed promptly. 5 days later we had some issues with new screen. We bought it back in and was once again fixed promptly and was covered under the lifetime warranty on new screen. Great service and pleasant to deal with.

This location is exceptional! Anytime that I’ve ever needed anything done with my phone, the staff here has been excellent, and so has the service. If something is not done, correct the first time, they will not hesitate to make it right. This is the only place in Kamloops that I will go for my phone needs.

Great price, quick and efficient service from a lovely lady. walked in, had my phone screen protector removed, cleaned, replaced and paid within like 3mins. On perfectly and had no issues.

Hi Sam, I want to thank you for the excellent service you gave me last week, when I purchased an IPAD-Air . You were busy repairing some electronics, but promptly answered my questions to help me solve my problem. You helped me save money with your suggestions and I now agree that the IPad-Air was the best effective solution. I felt that you treated me like I was the best customer and friend. I look forward to return my business to you again. Cheers, Don K.

Bought a refurbished phone 2 winters ago. I continue happy with my purchase. Went today for new screen cover n phone case. Quick, efficient service. My go to phone shop.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an employee named Pial at this phone repair shop and was blown away by his level of service. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his work, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He explained everything to me clearly and suggest me possible solutions .The repair was completed quickly and efficiently and the final product was better than I could have imagined. I was thoroughly impressed with this employee's dedication to their job and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of phone repair services.
