If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Kamloops definitely benefits from this hard working team who truly know their stuff. Gary and his crew are personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and do their part to help out the community as well, which is a priority for me when looking for local shops to do business with. You can tell right away that this company’s quality control is top notch and they aren’t out to sell you something, two thumbs up! Will spread the word!!

Great Shop. I have bought 2 desktop computers, 1 laptop and all my other computer needs from this store. The service is far superior than any of the big box shops. They sold me what I needed and the computer wasn’t full of junk programs when I got it. They also helped me out with all my questions and knew what they were talking about.

Came in today to look for a cable replacement of my laptop. They took in the frayed cabled I had and replace with a working cable :) Always had a great service with Josto

I called in the shop last week on Tuesday or Wednesday and The Guy on the phone, his name was Lucas I believe and he helped me fix my computer that has been giving me hassle for the past few weeks. My computer wouldn’t turn on after the new windows update and he said that my windows may be corrupt so I did a fresh reinstall of it and it worked! PC Doctor is a great place and helped me really fast and got straight to the point. Fantastic Customer Service. Thanks ????

Super pleased with their customer service and speed. Young man took my laptop and fixed it the same day right in front of me with no charge since it didn’t need repairs. very happy and will always come back here, i recommend if anyone has questions or need repair to come here. great prices and best customer service ever. BEST. PLACE. EVER.

I've been going to these guys for new PCs and repairs for many years now and they're always awesome. They're knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and personable.

Great place Darshil was my technician very personable and knowledgeable. Very helpful during my purchase and install!! .

All the people I dealt with there were very pleasant. They had my computer running again in an hour and cost me only $110. It was an overheating problem. when I took it to PC doctor for the same problem 2 years ago, they had my computer for 2 weeks and charged me over $300, when I took it to Best Buy before that - they did nothing and charged me $150........Kamloops Computer Centre seemed the most honest, professional and efficient.
