I have a retro-style dress that had a zipper on the side that came apart. Since I didn't use the zipper anyway, I asked Thompson Cleaners & Tailors if they could simply remove the zipper and sew the side together. They did it perfectly and it was done three days early and at a very reasonable price. I have several dresses in the same style (but the zippers are not broken) that I will be taking in to have the zipper removed and the dress sewn together. Fabulous work and excellent customer service! Thank you SO much!

Incredibly friendly staff/owner. I brought a dress in to be shortened. It was my first visit and my experience was very positive. 1 week turnaround, dress hemmed nicely and to my specifications. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks!

Alex was very kind and professional. He had the alteration of 3 pairs of pants completed for me in less thank 3 hours as I said I needed them for the weekend. Alex and the other staff were very polite. Will definitely be going back for all my alterations in the future.

Alex is an amazing tailor. He never stops surprising me with the alterations that he does on my clothes. He is truly gifted at what he does. I won't go see anyone else. The older lady at Tranquillity McCleaners...she is a wonderful lady ..happy helpful and a real joy..well done mcCleaners....awesome lady wont go anywhere else

I took in all the cushion covers from my loveseat and sofa and Rick the owner had suggested having them washed and hung. They came out beautifully and I would certainly recommend McCleaners north shore location.

My work uses them for all dry cleaning needs they are great. Quick, quality service.
