Outstanding group of people here. Just had an AC unit/furnace and hot water tank installed. Started off great with Marc initiating the process, very knowledgeable, really good at explaining all options available. The install team led by Ryan and his assistant, Ian, is second to none, professional and courteous. It was apparent early on that they take pride in their work and truly are artists of their trade. Thanks again, guys. One last shout-out to Natalie who helped out big time with the paperwork. All in all, do not hesitate to call this fine group of people for an install, repair or service.

After trying three other heating and a/c companies, I regret not using Kamloops Heating and A/C first. From my first contact with Holly, and then Marc with the consultation, it all went smoothly. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jay the installer was exact in his work, and with his skills, refitted all of the pipes and lines (they were an eyesore and took up a lot of space), to look and function perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. They give you peace of mind.
