This store is the best! Their technician, Najmul helped me 2X’s to send files that other stores and people could not figure out how to do. He is so helpful and polite, he organized everything together on my phone, so it would be there in the future, and didn’t even charge me when I needed help the second time, as I’m not tech savvy. So happy I found them!

I have always had a wonderful experience with Crackerz. They are helpful, prompt and honest. They recently fixed a problem that was caused by another repair place at no cost. Previously, they examined my old phone and deemed it unrepairable, and saved me unnecessary repair costs.

I've been to crackerz twice for my cracked phone screen. They are quick, easy and the price is the best in town ( I have shopped around) I will always use them for any issue with any of my electronics.
