“Dr. Anita Gadzinska-Myers earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and completed her training in Pediatric Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University. She also served at the BC Children's Hospital as a research assistant in the Oncology Department. Dr. Gadzinska-Myers is the children's dentist at the Victoria Pediatric Dental Centre. The clinic utilizes various techniques to make each child's experience pleasant, such as behavioural management, nitrous oxide, in-office sedation (mild and moderate), and general anesthesia. A pediatric dentist is a board-certified specialist with two to three years of specialized training beyond dental school. This allows them to focus exclusively on the oral health of infancy through the teenage years, including children with special needs.
