Dr. Lupin was wonderful and helped me make sure I was doing what was right for me and my concerns to maximize the effectiveness for the lowest dollar. As it was really close to the eyes, I was really scared but wanted to push through it. Dr. Lupin and his assistant, Lindsey, were absolutely lovely and compassionate. They were wonderful about making me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. You could tell it was genuine and it came second nature to them.

What an amazing experience! Cosmedica has an incredible care team to for all your skin needs. I was so impressed with their staff, professionalism and such beautiful clinic. Dr. Lupin's approach to care is compassionate and gentle. He made me feel very comfortable at all times and put his patients needs first. Couldn't be more pleased with the results and the service I was provided!! Highly recommend!.

I love Dr. Lupin and his nurse practitioner, Sheri. Sheri is the kindest, most helpful, and most precise nurse injector I've ever encountered. She is the best! And Dr. Lupin is world-class. Highly skilled, incredibly thoughtful. I've always had the best experience with Cosmedica.

DR. TATYANA HAMILTON - VICTORIA SKIN CARE CENTRE REVIEWS

I had a very positive experience visiting Dr. Hamilton’s office as a patient. The front office staff were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Christensen was so lovely to meet with. He listened and was very patient, thorough, and prompt during his assessment. His nurse was also very helpful and administered my steroid injections with minimal pain. Before leaving they double checked that everything had been covered off on properly and that I had my prescription in hand and was booked in for my next appointment. One of the best (if not the best) experiences I’ve had visiting a dermatologist’s office. Living with alopecia can be very stressful at times, but experiences with medical staff and professionals like this make it feel more manageable and less daunting to deal with. Very grateful to have been referred here.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hamilton for about 5 years for ongoing management of my psoriasis. I will agree with most when saying the appointment times are short but I don’t ever feel rushed. Dr. Hamilton knows exactly what she’s looking for and what to exam so it doesn’t take her long to know what’s going on with the skin. In my experience, the staff have also been knowledgeable. I have no complaints thus far.

Dr. Hamilton is an excellent dermatologist, she found 3 spots for biopsy, and is extremely knowledgable on the subject of malignant melanoma. I am so grateful to be her patient.
