DR. JEFFREY M. MCCRACKEN REVIEWS

I have been seeing Dr McCracken for many years now dealing with a radiation damaged bladder and subsequent tumors. I have no idea what Dr. McCracken the few negative reviews refer to. I have also dealt with many specialists and most are highly professional and stiff as boards. Dr McCracken perfectly walks the line of being professional but still personable and his attitude trickles down to his staff too. Most situations in his field are serious enough without your Dr projecting like a funeral director. My first diagnosis was unusual and he didn't hesitate to get other opinions. Most recently he phoned while on vacation with biopsy results that were not serious nor concerning enough that he couldn't have waited. I have had the fortune (or is that misfortune) to deal with highly regarded experts in many fields and Dr McCracken certainly belongs with the best of them . I hope you never need a urologist but if you do you will be well served by Dr McCracken.

From the moment I met him, Dr. McCracken's bedside manner and energy was a comfort when it was needed. He simplified things in a straight-forward and empathetic manner and his staff are wonderful which was a bonus. Compared to my previous Doctor, he has been a 20/10. I am new to B.C. and he took me on as a patient despite not having a family doctor referral and he got me in for an appointment immediately which I am forever grateful for. My experience has been excellent and I look forward to having Dr. McCracken take good care of me when I need it. Thank you!

I was referred to Dr McKracken after my prostate cancer diagnosis. During my initial phone conversation, he explained my options and procedures and by the end of the conversation I was booked for surgery 3 weeks later. I found him knowledgeable and personable. Feel very lucky to have him do my surgery. I highly recommend him.

DR. CHASTA-DAWNE BACSU REVIEWS

I’m (30 years a) quadriplegic & Dr. B’s very careful & caring. I’ve been through more urological procedures than I can remember, long before I became a patient of Dr. Bacsu’s. Back then it was a get in & cut mentality which nearly did me in, but not now. I feel very confident in Dr. B’s approach to treating the maladies that can accompany a (spinal cord injury affected)/neurogenic bladder: Autonomic Dysreflexia. I have a difficult time believing any of the negative feedback about Chasta Bacsu, she’s caring, thoughtful and highly intelligent-which I am not, (the latter). If you’re lucky enough to have a chance to be her patient, take it!

51 y/o male. Went in for prostate check which can be a bit daunting for the first time. Dr. Bacsu has a great demeanour and it all went well. Her office gives out clear instructions (written) and followed up a few months after to check on things.

I am very happy with the care received from Dr Bacsu. I have seen her several times. In each occasion I have left thinking positively regarding her professional diligence and advice.

I Recently Had a Medical Procedure Done with Doctor Bacsu and Was in The Best of Care Her Manner as A Doctor Is Very Comfortable and Professional Top Grade. DR. NATHAN HOAG REVIEWS

I had to go in for a flexible cystoscopy and was quite nervous as it was my first time. Dr. Hoag and his 2 nurses made the experience very easy and the procedure went well with minimal pain/discomfort. I also had all my questions answered and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this Doctor if you need this procedure done.

I messed the date up and missed my appointment this morning. The assistant called me very nicely and rescheduled me to see Dr. Hoag right away at the same day. Dr. Hoag is very nice to talk to. Thanks for your kindness!

Excellent service from this Doctor. Very professional. Great sense of humour. Nursing staff were also incredible during a recent procedure I underwent at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Highly recommend.
