Merciful Redeemer Parish is a vibrant Roman Catholic community that draws inspiration from the Father's love and mercy while being empowered by the Holy Spirit to fulfill Christ's mission. In 1996, Fr. Joseph founded the Merciful Redeemer Parish church as its founding pastor. The establishment of this new parish community was a response to the overcrowding in neighbouring churches. In 2001, the first Thanksgiving and mass were joyfully celebrated in the new building, marking a significant milestone for Merciful Redeemer Parish. Today, it stands as one of the older, active, and thriving establishments, comprising four elementary schools: Their Lady of Mercy, St. Sebastian, Divine Mercy, and St. Rose of Lima, along with the high school named St. Aloysius Gonzaga, all situated near the church. The dedication and blessing of the Merciful Redeemer Parish church took place on April 7, 2002, led by Cardinal Ambrozic. Since then, it has been a spiritual haven for many, offering a place of solace and tranquillity for families and friends. If you seek peace of mind and a welcoming community, consider visiting Merciful Redeemer Parish with your loved ones.

MERCIFUL REDEEMER PARISH REVIEWS
Beautiful church. Easy to find and lots of parking. Went there for a baptism and it was organized well. The priest was personable and made the ceremony enjoyable. He was so gentle with the babies and children being baptized. They used q-tips to anoint the oil.
A beautiful church with very spiritual services. The moment you step in yand sit there you feel at peace with the high ceilings and huge windows through which the sun shines through! The priests are extremely sweet and give excellent homily. A must visit parish. God bless.
I’ve been going to this parish since my son was in high school he’s now in his late 20s. I love this church. The priest and the rest of the staff are just amazing. The 7 o’clock mass on Saturday night is my favourite, the young choir there so good and their voices are so beautiful. Keep up the good work and God bless.

ST. JOSEPH PARISH REVIEWS
Love this church. It is safe, clean and highly organized. The priests are great. They would stay outside the church after mass in this cold weather without jacket just to interact with parishioners. The Divine Mercy Prayer Group is good, always have a healing mass and prayer for the sick. It is a great prayer group to join if you feel lost. It helps strengthen your faith.
There is a young priest here that I saw during the 6 pm mass last Sunday. I must say that it was so refreshing to hear his sermon as it was truly inspiring. His approach to help us in understanding the word of our creator was quite logical. It simplified things and in turn made sense of all the chaos. Thank you Father.
Beautiful church near Creditview and Britannia, minutes from Square One. Attended the Sunday 6pm mass. Great homily, great choir. Home of the Legion of Mary Praesidium Our Lady of Charity.
