The centre offers group exercise classes, including Zumba and Zumba Gold, Pilates, boot camps, yoga, gentle low-impact programs, and more. It has a 25-metre, 6-lane rectangular pool featuring a one-metre diving board. The male, female, and family change rooms have day lockers. The fully accessible family change room includes a height-adjustable change table and day lockers in the male, female, and family change rooms. The warm water therapeutic pool has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 1.8 metres and features a hydro bench and an accessible ramp. The 33°C water is ideal for post-rehabilitation or gentle exercise programs. They have outdoor backgammon, snakes and ladders, and chess game tables.”
