Our dogs love this place and are here almost daily. We do wish that the odd dog here and there that are known to have aggressive tendencies were muzzled or at least leashed while here instead of having the occasional large Husky or Rottweiler try to eat our Spaniel. Other than that, the park is great, well kept, generally friendly and great overall.

Kariya Park is a beautiful Japanese garden in the heart of downtown Mississauga and a stone's throw away from Square One. It is a small park but very serene and peaceful. It has trees, a pond with fish, a wooden bridge, ducks n geese and many other seasonal birds. I have been fortunate to visit this park in every season and it is awesome, be it Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter. One can see a full natural cycle here through 12 months and appreciate nature.
