Neha perfectly understood what my vision was for each of these events and she put together the most amazing team of vendors and recommended so many details for me to add to my events to make them EPIC and truly cherished moments. We contacted Vicky a year before our destination wedding and started the planning process. We met virtually and mapped out the vision for our wedding. Vicky promised us from day one that our wedding day would be perfect as she was going to make sure of it. She did! The decision to have Vicky accompany us to Mexico was an excellent one. Vicky got to know our family and by the end of the week we felt like she was truly a family member. She is so professional, but utterly real, warm and caring. Our wedding day was beyond what we ever imagined. Being Greek meant "breaking plates" as a reception tradition. Vicky ensured the resort was informed and prepared to ensure everyone was having fun, but staying safe. The overall colour scheme and decor was perfection. It was incredible to see my vision board come to life and look even more magnificent in person. Vicky brought everything needed in her "extra" suitcases to make sure we had everything covered. More than anything, our guests just adored her and that meant everything to us. From accompanying us into town to buy tequila bottles for each of our guests, to supervising on our sunset cruise excursion with our family Vicky was up to every challenge and helped us have so much fun by putting our minds at ease. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vicky and her team. Perfect Planners are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We had an intimate wedding in our backyard and we couldn’t have done it without the team. We wanted a stress free day, without having to worry about anything and that’s exactly what we got. Their organization, attention to detail and professionalism made the entire planning process feel effortless. They truly listened to our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Any time I had an idea or question, I knew I could reach out to the ladies and they were so quick to respond with great ideas and comments. We had Cassandra and Teresa on the day of our wedding and these ladies were incredible!! I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did. She has to be one of the best wedding planners/coordinators around. I don’t know how you get better than Vicky to be honest. Our wedding day was seamless. It went exactly how we planned and envisioned it and the majority of its success is directly attributable to Vicky and her meticulous planning and coordination with all our vendors down to 10 minute intervals. She’s attentive to details, she kept us calm and composed throughout the day and provided comfort when needed. We received many compliments from our guests about how organized and on the ball Vicky was the entire day. We are so happy and relieved that we found her and hired her to facilitate our wedding.
