10/10 experience from beginning to end at Vivid Salon! I had come from Washington D.C specifically to get my hair done by Diana and it was definitely worth it! I had gone in for a balayage and to fix my color. All I can say is that she exceeded my expectations and made me feel so much more confident. I never thought my hair would be able to look this good!! My hair also feels so much healthier now. She is truly a master in what she does and I have already booked my next appointment! Jessica cut and styled my hair perfectly and Angelina was so kind and also helped work on my hair the entire time. The entire staff were so helpful and professional. I have had many experiences through out the years with stylists and salons but this was hands down the best.

I visited VIVID and received an amazing haircut from my go-to stylist Jessica, and got my first hair colouring from Liz! I’m so happy with the results! Liz worked with me to decide the best tone and colour for me, including how to frame my face best with the lighter shades. She’s experienced and diligent - highly recommend! Jess has been cutting my hair for years now and I’ll never go elsewhere! She’s incredibly skilled and provides great recommendations for styles based on my needs and maintenance style. Overall a great value for my new look!

I always have a great experience at Vivid! Liz has consistently nailed my red hair color over the last few visits - it's exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my color. Kem’s attention to detail when cutting my hair is amazing! I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and super confident. Highly recommend both of them for their skills and professionalism!

Reema has been doing my hair for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She perfects my blonde every single time—it’s always exactly what I want, or better. I leave her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and completely taken care of. She truly understands my hair, my style, and what works for me. Reema is a master of her craft, and it shows!. I’m so grateful to have someone so talented and consistent as my stylist. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming - the atmosphere is warm and friendly from the moment you walk in. They even offer you a beverage upon arrival, which is a nice touch. I had my hair done by Rida, who walked me through each step of the process and explained all the products she used. I really appreciated the care and attention. Absolutely thrilled with the results!

Got my haircut done by Fatima and she did an amazing job. I asked for a butterfly cut with a reference photo, and she gave me exactly that. The layers are on point and the overall look is just perfect. Super happy with the result, definitely coming back.

For the first time in a while not only I had received great customer experience but also my hair looked EXACTLY as I wanted. And today same magic happened. The service and friendliness of staff was amazing and I was very happy with my hair. This time I had a different hairdresser. Looks like everyone at this place is very good. A BIG THANK YOU.

Absolutely amazing with women hair cut, colour, balayage and styles. ALL of the staff go out of their way to assist you, as a great team would do. It's like you're there with friends and engaging in conversations with compassionate, wonderful ladies who listen, and I'm proud to recommend them. I've been going there for about 10 years and I will not change salons.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a salon. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was both fun and relaxing and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone and everyone.
