TOP 3 BASILIQUE NOTRE-DAME DE MONTRÉAL REVIEWS
Beautiful church, to think this was all handmade is insane. The chapel features breathtaking artwork, stained glass, and ornate woodwork. The staircase, which you sadly can't go up, is so stunningly ornate and symbolic. The symbolism present in this church is so meaningful and awe inspiring. I highly recommend taking a good look around it. Also make sure to see the sacred 2nd chapel also found within the church. Even though it might be a lot of money to just see a church, for one of Montreal's most beautiful and ornate, I recommend it.
This is a stunning Basilica right in old town. It’s definitely worth a visit when in Montreal. The entrance fee is nominal and there are rates for groups and families. Plan to visit about 45 minutes or longer if you plan to partake in daily mass or other events.
The place is shockingly detailed. I thought it would be nice, but it blew me away. Felt as if it rivalled some of the great cathedrals of Europe, which I wasn’t expecting. Certainly worth the visit.

TOP 3 L'ORATOIRE SAINT-JOSEPH DU MONT-ROYAL REVIEWS
Beautiful church located on a hill. They are a making wheelchair accessible ramp from the bottom so you can actually go up from the main entrance all the way into the oratory. There is also two parking lots one located on the lower level and one located at a higher level of the building. Their garden is really peaceful walk and ends at a nice fountain. Quite a marvel to see how well kept and clean this building is. Very cool place to visit and it is free entry!
A really nice piece of religious architecture that stands tall on top of the hill. This is a rewarding site to visit by walking up the hill from it. This is a really nice place to walk around and explore. There are lots of interesting things to see and places to reflect.
I love this place. I come to walk around the grounds and reflect. It's peaceful. Everybody is respectful. So many stairs so it is also great exercise! This is my go to spot for sunsets in Montreal (especially when there is an eclipse). It's also FREE!
