I emailed this morning, Chris called me within five minutes. He was here this morning and helped me with everything that I needed and billed me exactly what he said he would. Fast, friendly, overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Same Day Geek and will call them again in the future when we need them.

Michael, the technician, gave an honest assesment of our computer problems, explaining everything so that we completly understood all the issues. After his findings and recomendations we purchased a new computer. Michael set up the new machine ensuring it opperated correctly and went through it's opperation until we were completly satisfied.
