I have dealt with this business, primarily Keith, for both business and personal tech support. Their continued support and patience in helping staff figure out the intricacies of cross platform functionality and cloud computing have been superb. I have also brought in my computer to attempt to get the data off of a hard drive. While they weren't able to retrieve it, they went above and beyond in their efforts. Some of the best customer service in town.
