We recently dealt with the team at Donovan Mills for a kitchen upgrade project for my parents. Alice was wonderful to deal with and had the patience of a saint when we were finalizing the colors/designs. There were no surprises with the ordering and the install of the cabinets. After the quality control, there were a couple of smaller issues that had to be resolved and the service department at Donovan Mills was more than happy to take care of them in a timely manner. Initially, I was expecting to pay a premium for using Donovan Mills, but after seeing the quote I was pleasantly surprised and choosing Donovan Mills for the project became a no brainer.
