“Seymour Dance is proud to be RAD certified, which means your dancer will learn the internationally renowned RAD Ballet syllabus, offering grades Pre-Primary through Grade 8 and Vocational Studies. The dance school offers a variety of dance styles for dancers ages 6-90. Seymour Dance has four fully equipped studios. Studio 1 is a top-floor space with large windows and a lounge area, providing an airy environment surrounded by treetops. The studio also includes bathroom facilities, making it ideal for hosting rehearsals. Studio 2 features transformable 360 Theatre Curtains, a bathroom, and an Elkay water fountain placed conveniently outside the door. Studio 3 is equipped with ballet barres and LED lighting, perfect for yoga or classes seeking a relaxing atmosphere. Similarly, Studio 4 offers ballet barres and dimmable LED lighting, making it an excellent choice for yoga or classes that require a calming setting.

2025 Update: Seymour Dance provides 5 spacious studios for rent, four at their Lytton site and one at the Forester location. These spaces are easily accessible during daytime and also late evening hours. Each studio is equipped with specialized marley flooring, full-length mirrors, premium sound systems, convenient Storage lockers, and restroom access. Both locations also offer free parking.”

I came across Perform Art because I was looking for a place that could provide a private hip hop class (a surprise gift for my sister’s milestone birthday). Tanya was so wonderful to work with! She was extremely helpful and provided all the information I needed. Although the week leading up to the date was a series of her and I playing phone tag, she did follow-ups and reassured me that the plans were set, which they were! Chandra was a superb teacher who made sure we all enjoyed ourselves. She even gave us the option of what type of music we wanted to dance to. The team at Perform Art have big hearts. Thank you for helping make my sister’s birthday one to remember.

Our daughter has just finished up her first year in the PAS half day program. The results we have seen in one year have far exceeded what we had expected. After a successful year of performances, disney trip, ballet exams and competition season we have registered again for the half day program. The Director Miranda and teachers care about all the dancers and help them to grow as dancers and people. Professional, supportive and encouraging. Looking forward to another great year.

The studio has been a blessing for my daughter to learn dance.

I have nothing but Great things to say about Seymour Dance! Both my Son and Daughter attend classes there and love it. My daughter just finished the Jr. Intensive Summer Camp and was so excited to learn all different types of dance styles. The staff is friendly and always there to help with any questions you may have. I highly recommend Seymour Dance if you choose this Dance School you will NOT be disappointed. Not to mention last year was my kids first year there and I was BLOWN AWAY at the end of the year performance, from the costumes to the set and the Dancing was unbelievable. Even if you do not have a child attending the dance School just going to this show will be a evening to remember.

My daughter has danced at Seymour Dance since she was 4. It’s such an incredible place and has the feeling like we are one big family. My daughter has also performed in the yearly production of the nutcracker ballet and the year end recital in June. Last year they performed Sleeping Beauty, and it was truly magical. This summer my daughter also attended a summer camp and had the best time. The instructors are the best. So lucky that we found Seymour Dance and get to experience the magic! .

My daughter loves being part of the community at Seymour Dance. The summer camp is one of the highlights of her summer. She loves the different genres of dance she gets to participate in and the teachers make it about more than just dance. It’s a great environment for young girls to grow up in.
