NORTH VANCOUVER URGENT AND PRIMARY CARE CENTRE REVIEWS

First class care after attending for chronic cough, sore throat, constant thick phlegm including difficulty breathing, even after antibiotics. Speedy checkin, triage, and medical attention including chest X-rays. We need more of these awesome facilities to unburden hospital emergency rooms and offset trend towards part-time family doctors.

Getting urgent medical care these days is tough. This place, although it can at times be exceptionally busy, is filled with compassionate, professional & dedicated medical staff that truly care. I'm sure they've heard everything & seen more than most, but their approach is human & their care exceptional. I'll continue to bring my hammered & flattened fingers to this clinic. A++++.

The staff was very respectful and I got helped quickly for what I came in for. The wait times depend on the urgency and number of people already waiting. In my case the wait was less than 30 mins. I got treated by Dr Haddad who was very professional, respectful and helpful. Same goes for the nurse and both the doctor and nurse made sure I was at ease and comfortable.

I'm giving this clinic a 5-star rating just to commend the many excellent MOAs like Kiana who provide non-judgmental service and work hard. However, I feel compelled to mention an issue with the attitude of one MOA, which prompted me to take time out of my busy schedule. While I prefer not to disclose the individual's name here, I hope that management addresses this matter. It's essential for staff to maintain a positive perception of patients/clients at all times. Special thanks to Dr. Moshk and Dr. Barclay for their exceptional care.

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Etienne Vilonel today. In the 3 minute appointment I felt he heard my situation accurately, understood with compassion, used his skills and abilities to the highest level to address and act on my health needs, taking my history and current situation into account prior to making his decision in order to provide me with a good next step forward toward better health. I would and will travel 3 hours through 6 cities to see this doctor for further health needs.

Dr. Henry has been my family doctor for over two decades. Not only she's knowledgeable, attentive, and talented - but she also really cares about her patients. I feel lucky to have her as my family doctor!

Fantastic clinic! Staff helpful and friendly. The online booking is easy to use. I am very grateful for Dr. Fadyeyeva, she is a wonderful, kind, informative and patient family doctor. Very experienced and also very knowledgeable in all things skin.

Every visit is a pleasure thanks to the fantastic front desk reception. They’re always so helpful! Dr. Brennan is also amazing very thorough and compassionate especially for women and teens. I feel well taken care of every time.

Dr Fadayeva is a caring and compassionate doctor. She listens to your concerns and acts in them. I am very thankful to have her for my doctor.
