“Dana Ranahan earned her degree in physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario in 1993. She achieved her diploma in manual and manipulative therapy and became a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1999. She finished her Advanced Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy in 2008. She uses manual therapy techniques associated with IMS, movement retraining, and functional exercise progressions to help her patients return to function. She practices as a physical therapist at Body Works Sports Physiotherapy. The clinic offers one-on-one care. They have large private treatment rooms and gym space with mirrors to give you the individualized care and attention you deserve. They offer street parking.
2025 Update: Dana Ranahan is the registered physiotherapist and owner of Body Works Sports Physiotherapy. She has treated competitive athletes. She has worked as a physiotherapist at the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010, the Figure Skating World Championships, the Canada Cup Fast Ball International Tournament and Canadian National Women’s Soccer Team and youth development teams. She has extensive experience in treating concussion-related injuries, including complex concussions.”
