Thank you Shahin at LensCrafters in North Vancouver. I’m from Ladner and the only person I could find to help me was Shahin. The original place Iris where I’ve spent over $2000 told me 7-10 days as I had lost my glasses in Dominacan. After Driving an hour to see her within an hour I had glasses. Thank you so so much. I will absolutely be doing all my future business with LensCrafters.

Great guidance in store from Shahim. She gave great advice on which frames fit my face and which went well with my style. She was very helpful in getting my order set up and made the whole experience very seamless and easy. Would highly recommend to others, and huge thanks to Shahim!

I would like to express my gratitude towards Mr. Kika, who provided exceptional service. I am not referring to a satisfactory Optical Store, but rather an exceptional business that exemplifies success and reliability and could be a model for other businesses to emulate. I had an exceptionally positive experience purchasing my glasses from Da Vinci Optical. The service was remarkable, prompting me to travel from Langley to North Vancouver to make my purchase. I would gladly repeat this journey for any future eyewear needs.

My husband has been a customer of Da Vinci Optical for six years. He keeps going back to Da Vinci whenever he needs new glasses even though we live in Hawaii. The owner Kika is friendly and provides great customer service. Their prices are very reasonable. We will be a loyal customer for a long time.

I love their glasses! Comfortable and they make it adjust to your face whether it’s your old glasses or the new one. They check to make sure and they have a quick rate of getting your frames ready. Got my frames fixed in 3 days and I’m happy with them. Super friendly workers too.
