Patrick is undoubtedly the finest RMT around the north shore and beyond. His ability to accurately identify and work on specific muscle groups involved in areas of pain is remarkable. I am often astonished by his insights into the true sources of my problem areas. Patrick possesses an extraordinary understanding of anatomy and applies this knowledge with exceptional skill. Above all, he is a compassionate therapist who genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and is dedicated to teaching and helping them how to manage their conditions effectively. Without skipping a beat, I would highly recommend Patrick.

Patrick is incredible with those hands! He is so knowledgeable and skilled in his practice, and knows how to treat the problem areas without causing pain and still making the massage enjoyable. He always checks in before, after and during the massage to make sure the experience is exactly what the client wants and is very accommodating to the space and comfort. I had a muscle sprain in my back and after just 1 treatment, Patrick was able to treat the area and greatly improve my mobility and pain. I highly recommend him for any massage treatment whether it be for a specific area due to discomfort and pain or even just a full body treatment for relaxing those muscles.

Consistently the best massages. I see Patrick for athletic injuries as well as for all round relaxation and I feel I’m in very capable hands. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and provides treatment recommendations to enhance the healing process. And very professional. Highly recommend him.

Shawna is an amazing person as well as a massage therapist! My mom and I have been seeing her for years for our migraines, and she works magic! Shawna is a kind and caring person and I enjoy having fun conversations with her. She has helped a lot with my migraines and neck/back problems! I definitely recommend seeing her!

A very thorough hot stone massage which I had never experienced before. It was great! Shawna is clearly an experienced massage therapist and has honed her craft very well. Atmosphere is relaxing and the hour was packed with massage without extraneous chat or discussion that I’ve experienced in most of my other massage experiences. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Shawna! Her space is immaculate which brings a sense of calm before she even begins. Always love my time there - best massage!

I was in rough shape with neck pain and having a nervous system reaction to chronic stress and desperate for some relief. I found Connor Son just when I needed a change in therapist most. He is not just an amazing massage therapist who listened to my physical needs and ailments but also was a great listener amidst a challenging time. He intuitively knows what you need and where your body is carrying it (not just what you report). I am not terribly spiritual but I know in some way the universe brought us together and knew just what I needed and I am now planning to see him regularly. Super grateful and I would highly recommend him!

I had my RMT massage with Stephen, and I can say that was the best professional massage I have ever had! I had lower back pain for few weeks which is totally gone after my treatment. He is so knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend him.

Connor is an excellent massage therapist, very knowledgable and you feel reborn after a session with him. Indeed he does a great job. He addresses your health issue with much care and great results.
