I can’t recommend Caissie Canine Instruction enough. Before working with Paul, my German Shepherd puppy Ralph had become extremely reactive to dogs and sometimes people, and I felt completely overwhelmed trying to handle it on my own. By session 3, Paul had Ralph calmly walking past several dogs — something I never thought would be possible this quickly. Paul’s experience, knowledge, and genuine care for dogs really stand out. He takes the time to make sure you understand the training, keeps lessons tailored to your dog, and truly wants both the owner and dog to succeed. Thanks to him, I finally feel hopeful and excited for all the adventures Ralph and I will get to enjoy together.

I have worked with Paul for many years. Firstly with my fearful GSD and now with my overly confident GSD puppy. It’s amazing how quickly my dogs respond to him and love the fact he works with their respective personalities as opposed to a “one size fits all” approach. He knows what he’s doing and I love the fact that he’s firm but has such an obviously love for dogs in general. I fully trust that Paul will help me reach my goal of having a well mannered, obedient girl who retains her loving and confident personality. I would, and do, highly recommend him for anyone who wants a well trained k9 companion.

Paul has been a positive experience for the guidance and training experience he has led us through with our JoJo from 6month old to service dog status. His open transparent instructions throughout several training sessions gave me great confidence and belief my dog would be a successful graduate. Thanks Paul. What’s great is he keeps communication lines open even when the training is done.

My dog Zara was having a hard time adjusting to her new environment. I decided to enroll her in classes so she could gain some more confidence and I could become more knowledgeable in how to handle her! Zara exceeded my expectations and Tabi was beyond phenomenal. Zara can be extremely timid and needs time to get comfortable in new spaces. She clicked instantly with Tabi! I’m looking forward to returning to classes with my dog this summer.

I took my dog Baxter for this training, and he did amazing; the trainers were well-versed in dog behaviours and training. I live outside the area but have recently gotten a new puppy and hopefully they have hours that work for me to utilize them again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great environment and training experience. I am looking forward to continue training here with my dog.
