This has been the most difficult time for the family of Robert Leaver. Knowing his health was not well, we were still not prepared for what would happen after his death. From the first inquiry about arrangements for cremation of a dear and loved father and best friend, Nicole Rice helped walk us through everything. Nicole explained in detail and I myself asking the same questions over, she would repeat the answer with such patients and care. When we walked in to have our last visit with Robert, we could feel the calmness and see he looked at peace. Nicole the Leaver family can not "Thank you" enough. The team at Ajax Crematorium have been absolutely amazing to deal with. We have mainly been dealing with Nicole and she has made this process as straightforward as possible. My father died last week and this is a very difficult loss for our family and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally from Nicole. They listened attentively to our needs and ensured every detail was executed flawlessly. The staff were incredibly polite and sensitive, making the process easier for us. The Hindu funeral ceremony and cremation arrangements were organized efficiently, and they accommodated all our wishes. We are immensely grateful to Manny and his staff for their care and support during this challenging period.

I wish I could give even more stars. Mary Anne and Dino went above and beyond for us during this difficult time. We lost our newborn and never imagined the pain and process of having to plan a funeral for our son. But they took care of every and explained all the steps of the process and made sure to not overwhelm us in our post partum state. They always were kind and understanding and never made us feel rushed and we truly felt like family. We would recommend them to anyone looking for help navigating the loss of a loved one.
