I called Sewer Squad as I was having a drainage issue. Upon the technician’s arrival he asked pertinent questions to understand what the issue was and took the time to examine the drains. He was punctual and extremely professional. He used the camera to show me exactly what was causing the issues. He accommodated me with a quick appointment to finalize the job. The day of the appointment the technician who would be doing the job sent me a text with time of arrival and a photo of himself which I thought was amazing. The two technicians who came were very professional, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He showed me the obstruction while he started and also showed me in the camera after the job was done to show everything was cleared. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done but most importantly I’ve had no issues since. I would absolutely use them again and quite frankly I’m just sorry I didn’t use them before.

Khadeem, and Giulian both came to our house to help us. Both were very professional, and composed themselves well. Having reached there limits in assistance, they were still able to offer us guidance in escalation of the issue to the city, and measures to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you and your team for it's efforts.

The workers who installed the new water lines in our home worked tirelessly to complete the job quickly. I am very impressed with the sewer brigade and their team.
