The customer service was amazing! Gavin was soooo kind and polite and made this experience so much easier. He truly was awesome and helped me with everything I needed. Not to mention this place has the best price in Ajax for storage. I looked around trust me! Super nice drive up storage unit. For 12 weeks the price is truly awesome and can't compare to anywhere else! Thank you to Gavin for making this experience a breeze for me.

Dealt with Zara in the office today, absolutely delightful service, she helped me pick out some packing supplies and gave me the greatest tips. These guys offer many different services, from self storage to rentable office spaces. They are open 7 days a week in the office which is great for last minute storage solutions. Best storage facility and service from Zara H. 5 stars.

I've finally needed to use a storage facility and Vaultra has been a game changer. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Shamal was an amazing help from start to finish. I also did research on pricing for storage and this by far had the best deals and plans.

It was a pleasure to work with Barb and Frank. They run an excellent storage facility. It is always clean, access is easy and operating hours are very reasonable. I needed a storage room for 4 months and I'm so happy I found this place. The whole process was a breeze. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for storage in the ajax whitby area. It beats all the Toronto storage facilities I've ever encountered.

Moved from 5 hours away, there was a couple hiccups, but after getting in contact with the manger (who was working on his time off) he helped out with the utmost kindness and customer service. Plus the unit was very clean and they supplied a few pallets so our items don’t have to be right on the ground.

Staffs are very accommodating. I would like to highlight Val for going way beyond with her service giving us good deal and her customer service is exceptional. We made a great choice.
