Logik Roofing replaced our shingles approx 5 yrs ago. After a severe rain storm this past weekend, I heard water dripping into our attic. I called Logik Roofing and 2 days later, Mike and Jay came to our house and found a vent had been chewed by a sqirrel thus allowing water to enter into the attic. Mike and Jay promptly replaced the vent and caulked around the area. I can't believe the amazing after service provided by Logik Roofing. I referred many neighbours and will continue to do so in the future. For others, when getting quotes for roofing, don't go strictly on price. Mark and his coworker were informative and explained what they were going to do. They were efficient and did a great job. They cleaned up great and made sure everything was left tidy. Rob and his crew did an amazing job when we had our roof replaced years back. I have recommended Norris to my friends and two of them (Gemma and Ana) already had roof replacements too- and both are equally happy with Norris' work/service.
After the storm on Sunday, during the May 24th long weekend, we had 2 rows of shingles that blew off. Contacted Rob, who despite the many repairs that he had to do, managed to get a crew out to me on Thursday morning. They were professional, friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. You wouldn't even know which section had been repaired. Would very highly recommend :-)
Our roof and eaves troughs were way overdue for an upgrade. Rob Jr was polite, straightforward and honest. Norris roofing pricing was competitive and they went above and beyond our expectations. Previously we had concerns about leak issues between the siding and walls of the house and eaves trough drainage but Rob Jr addressed everything and made sure we were happy. My neighbors were so impressed with our beautiful new roof, speedy removal and installation that they have been asking for their number ever since! After a severe storm where parts of our roof and chimney were damaged. Tony responded quickly and did an amazing job in repairing. Very reasonably priced. We got our roof guy! Recommending to everyone in Durham.
Metro Roofing started the work a week after Tony provided an on site quote.Tony's crew did an excellent job of roof shingle replacement. They provided updates on the state of the roof as they were working. This was really appreciated. The yard was completely cleaned up of nails and bits of old shingles. There was a minor cosmetic problem with flashing and Tony repaired it. The flashing now looks better than the original. I would recommend Metro Roofing without hesitation. Tony was very easy to work with. Thanks Tony and crew!
