I have been part of the Adecco team for a whole year now. I started in the office as an internal employee, then switched to being an associate (working for a client of Adecco). I couldn't have found a better place to start than Adecco I think. I was a fresh new imigrant but the Adecco Regina team saw something in me and gave me a chance. They turned out to be the most amazing team I've ever had in my life - smart, professional, friendly and caring. Working side by side with them for almost a year, I clearly saw that we share the same thought - that people are not just names and numbers. The team truly cares about the associates and they care about the clients too, trying to find the best possible matches and bringing them together. When it comes to me - well, they simply flipped my life upside down in the best way possible. Hearing about so many new immigrants struggling to find work for months and months, I was very concerned. But I walked into the Adecco's office and I was employed nearly 3 weeks after having landed in Canada. Thank you Adecco Regina team, you will always have the most special place in my heart.
